The most heavy duty of coated abrasive discs, full resin bond on vulcanized (cotton fibers treated under intense pressure and heat) fiber backing. Designed for applications ranging from heavy stock removal to surface blending. Used with back up pads on portable angle grinders. Choose the Merit® CA coarse grit fiber locking disc for beveling, deburring, stock removal and blending jobs. The Speed Change® arbor mount makes it easy to attach the disc to a right angle grinder or pistol grip air sander without the use of tools. Featuring a ceramic alumina abrasive that delivers cool, quick cuts, the disc includes a heavy fiber backing that improves strength while minimizing tearing. A full resin bond enhances the disc's strength and extends its service life.
