He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001, which laid the foundation for his career in engineering, sales, and business leadership. Jarrod began his career as a field engineer, focusing on reliability enhancement, before progressing through a series of increasingly senior roles at a large industrial distribution company. His diverse experience spans outside sales, branch management, regional leadership, and vice presidency, culminating in his current role. A people-focused leader, Jarrod believes in empowering talent and fostering collaboration to drive sales growth and profitability. His leadership philosophy is rooted in developing high-performing teams and delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
