3M™ warm weather dent filling compound is a cartridge based, 2-component, body repair material. This extra creamy dent filling material offers longer work times in warmer temperatures and extended work times at room temperature for large repairs. It provides surface adhesion to most substrates including steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, E-coat, sheet molded compound (SMC) and fiberglass. We formulated 3M™ warm weather dent filling compound as a 2-component, premium professional body filler. It provides an approximate 3.5 min working time when used at 95 deg F/35 deg C and approximately a 9 min work time at 75 deg F, excellent for large repairs. Packaged in a dual cartridge system, this body repair material offers excellent surface adhesion to steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, E-coat, sheet molded compound (SMC) and fiberglass (FRP) substrates. This dent filling material is extra creamy for easy application and is formulated with a stain free and tack free resin for use under basecoat/clear coat and waterborne paint systems. We designed 3M™ warm weather dent filling compound to be used in the 3M™ dynamic mixing system with a 3M™ dynamic mixing applicator. This product may also be used for industrial and architectural surfaces needing minor surface repairs.
