The self-lubricating grinding aid treatment of this Blaze® R980P coarse grit cloth PSA disc delivers a cool cut on difficult to grind materials, including titanium, stainless steel, super alloys and high alloy steels. This disc is an excellent choice for random orbital sander applications that involve coarse grit blending and sanding, and its pressure sensitive adhesive makes it easy to attach and remove. The Y-weight polyester cloth backing reduces frayed edges and improves grain adhesion for long life and consistency, and the ceramic alumina micro-fracturing grain exposes sharp grain edges to deliver a fast cut rate and longer life than similar blended discs.
