The set is made up of a dinging hammer, a cross chisel hammer, a cross chisel curved hammer, a cross chisel shrinking hammer, a curved pick hammer, a general purpose pick hammer, a heavy duty bumping hammer, a shrinking hammer, a utility pick hammer, a cross peen finishing hammer, and a door skin hammer. Body hammers are drop forged from high carbon steel, heat treated, quenched and tempered heads. Available in a variety of head shapes and weights, with burnt lacquer finish, grade b (or better), hickory wooden handles or cushion grip fiberglass handles. One of the basic hand tools around which the body and fender repair trade was developed. These hammers are especially designed for dinging, peening, shrinking, bumping or finishing auto body metal work.
