The Bostitch® HP118K 23 ga pin nailer is the perfect pneumatic tool for all of those tiny, intricate applications. This pin nailer will drive from 1/2 to 1-3/16 in 23 gal pin nails and has enough power to do so in nearly any kind of lumber. It features an adjustable high/low power switch for those different types of woods and allows the user to not have to adjust the compressor. Its made of light weight aluminum for job site durability and has an over-molded rubber grip for extreme comfort. The HP118K also has rear exhaust like most Bostitch® finish tools which directs the exhaust away from the end user and away from the work surface. Although this might not be a beginner tool, once you get into woodworking, you'll find many uses for it, like glue sets (where it is tough or impossible to use clamps) and any application where you are worried about the witness mark (the hole the driver head leaves in the wood surface).
