Crouse-Hinds series GUA and GUR explosionproof conduit outlet boxes are installed in conduit systems in hazardous areas to protect conductors in threaded rigid conduit, act as pull and splice boxes, change conduit direction, and provide access to conductors for maintenance and future system changes. GUA and GUR outlet boxes are certified for Class I, Division 1, Groups B, C, D and Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F, G. GUA boxes are available in ten different hub arrangements, maximizing flexibility in the conduit system. They are available in Feraloy iron alloy (1/2" to 2"), copper-free aluminum (1/2" to 2") or stainless steel (3/4" and 1") construction. GUR boxes feature a compact, universal design for confined spaces with five standard hubs and three pipe plugs included.
