Green duradized II Deck Screws are formulated to prevent rust, staining or streaking in chemically treated wood including ACQ. Duradized screws may not perform due to weather and surface breaches on wood not properly treated and sealed. New re-inforced neck provides for increased driving torque. Another design improvement, the new duradized II deck screw threads include a cutting feature. This revolutionary "saw tooth" thread requires less driving torque and out performs traditional type 17 thread cutting screws. This screw reduces splitting and results in greater holding power.
