Connectors provide versatility for making cordsets for connecting portable devices in both hazardous and non-hazardous locations. Ark-Gard plugs and receptacles are used with portable electrical equipment such as compressors, tools, lighting systems and similar devices when power requirements do not exceed 20 amperes.
